Katarina Lu

Katarina is the Director of Operations for Dr. Lu’s Nourishing Life clinic, and has been working with us since 2013. Her job covers a variety of areas. From bookkeeping to team management to daily operations, she ensures our clinic runs smoothly.

Before joining Dr. Lu’s Nourishing Life clinic, Katarina served as a public high school math teacher for 13 years. She has a Master’s Degree in math education. Additionally, Katarina is a founding member of Golden Courage International. She has been working with GCI-supported children since 2003. Besides her role on the Board of Directors, she is a leading member of the GCI Cultural Exchange Program.

Katarina is a true believer of nourishing life. She believes her health has improved positively and significantly since she started to follow a balanced diet and adopted a healthier lifestyle. Katarina says, “I used to have bronchitis and low energy and other health concerns, but since I started to follow nourishing life daily practices, I’m free from my health problems. I feel great. This is my personal testimonial.”
