Sue has long felt a calling to teach, something she describes as a service of undivided tenderness. She has spent 20+ years in service; one that has brought upon great joy and infectious enthusiasm to both herself and her K-12 public school students. It is said: "True vocation is the place where our deep gladness meets the world's deep need and the dignity of work lies its leisure."

Today, the outer landscape of her teaching differs; transfigured from that of a traditional classroom setting to that of Dr. Lu’s Nourishing Life Clinic where she has personally experienced the transformation and profound healing of this practice. Sue considers it an honor to be an extension of this nourishing, healing community and to continue that same facilitation, nurturing and healing practice for others who enter the community of this office.
